Shipping Areas

Processing and Shipping Times

• All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Once your order has been shipped, delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Standard Shipping: 3-6 business days

  • EU Shipping: 4-7 business days

  • International Shipping: 10-15 business days

• You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees

• Paris-Intramuros Courier: €18 (for orders over €80)

• Standard Shipping: €8

• FREE Shipping: for orders over €150

• EU Shipping: €22

• International Shipping: €29

We work with the following carriers: DHL, La Poste, Stuart.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your shipment on the carrier’s website or directly from your customer account on our website.

Delays and Delivery Issues

We do our best to meet the estimated delivery times. However, delays beyond our control may occur (weather conditions, customs, strikes, etc.).

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
